Job summary

Fashion for Good in Amsterdam is seeking a Footwear Innovation Intern to support our footwear space work, focusing on material innovation, manufacturing, end-of-use sorting, disassembly, recycling, and waste flows. The ideal candidate studies in engineering/chemistry or textile science, speaks English well, and can work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-depth due diligence on scientific and technical feasibility of innovations.
• Map and update innovations landscape to strengthen scouting.
• Scout innovations to enhance Innovator database.
• Create Innovator deliverables (technical feasibility, impact analysis, project management).
• Write reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with experts in the Innovation Platform to deepen knowledge.
• Assist in Innovation Platform operations and day-to-day activities.
• Support the Innovation Manager and Analyst on ongoing projects.
