Job summary

Fashion for Good in Amsterdam seeks a Footwear Innovation Intern to support material innovation, manufacturing, end-of-use processes, recycling, and impact assessment from January 2027. Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field; enrolled for duration of internship.
• Proficiency in English required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Execute due diligence focusing on scientific and technical feasibility of innovations.
• Map and update the landscape of innovations to strengthen scouting.
• Scout innovations to grow the innovator database in focus areas.
• Assist in creating Innovator deliverables (feasibility, impact analysis, project management).
• Write reports describing findings and recommendations for follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Innovation Platform experts to deepen knowledge in key focus areas.
• Provide general Innovation Platform support (operations and day-to-day activities).
• Support Innovation Manager and Analysts on ongoing projects.
• Provide project management and operational support across teams.
• Provide analytical support related to technical and impact analysis.
