Job summary

Brooks is seeking an M3 Functional Analyst to lead the Infor M3 ERP in the EMEA region. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to deliver new capabilities and support growth in wholesale and eCommerce.

Design integrated business processes, gather requirements, create functional specs, participate in testing, monitor performance, and assist with system upgrades. Collaborate with the global IT team and support automation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering or related major.
3+ years supporting enterprise IT applications, consumer goods preferred.
3+ years with Infor M3 as Systems or Functional Analyst.
Knowledge of M3 technologies and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Design integrated business processes with Global leads to add capabilities.
Collect requirements and maintain process flows within M3 and related systems.
Create functional specs and work with tech on implementation; assist in testing.
Attend Super User meetings to discuss enhancements and process changes.
Monitor system performance; identify stability and scalability issues.
Support upgrades, fixes, and enhancements following Brooks change control.
Investigate root cause analysis on production failures and remediation.
Create and maintain system context diagrams, data interfaces, and flows.
Support automation by developing scripts; collaborate with Global IT in Seattle.
