Job summary

YOKUU is seeking a junior influencer marketing contributor to ideate culture-driven campaigns and manage creator relationships. Based in Amsterdam, you will focus on the Netherlands while supporting projects in other markets, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager to execute end-to-end influencer initiatives.

You will scout creators, negotiate, brief, provide gifts, approve content and coordinate posting schedules, while tracking campaign results to refine future collaborations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or about 1 year of experience at a marketing agency.
• Native to social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, know what makes content perform.
• Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple influencer relationships and deadlines.
• Strong communicator, comfortable reaching out to and negotiating with creators.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Based in or willing to work from Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Come up with unexpected, culture-driven influencer concepts that people actually want to watch, save and share.
• Scout and build relationships with creators early, from well-known names to niche internet personalities across TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
• Manage the full creator journey end to end: briefing, gifting, negotiation, content approval and posting schedule.
• Be an active voice for YOKUU online, responding to DMs, joining comment sections and connecting with people who mention us.
• Track and measure campaign performance, and use those learnings to continuously improve future collaborations.

YOKUU makes probiotic cleaning products for people who want a cleaner home and a healthier planet. We're B-Corp, growing hyper fast (>2x per year) and are internationalizing rapidly (5 countries and growing).

We're looking for someone to manage and grow our influencer marketing internally, someone who lives and breathes internet culture and can turn YOKUU's story into content people actually want to watch, save and share. The focus is on the Netherlands, but you'll also support influencer and creator projects in our other markets.

What you'll do
