As Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/x) at Yellowgrape, you'll join our Brand Marketing team. You develop, plan and run creative strategies and campaigns for a wide range of brands across different industries, from Ace & Tate to Studio Anneloes and Pretty Orange. The goal: take our clients to the next level.

You think strategically and work hands‑on. You turn ideas into effective action, fast. You have a sharp instinct for trends, audiences and the platforms that matter. Idea generator, advisor and maker rolled into one. And you love making brands more visible, more relevant and more successful through compelling content, smart collaborations and social‑first communication.

You bring brands to life: on Instagram, TikTok and everywhere in between

What you'll love about this role

• Develop, plan and produce social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Set up, manage and evaluate influencer marketing campaigns
• Translate brand strategies into platform‑specific content, with a real feel for format and audience
• Build social media standards, templates and best practices
• Create visual assets for social and influencer campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance, draw out the learnings and share them with clients and teams
• Track trends and platform mechanics, and judge what's actually worth acting on
• Work closely with our brand, performance and data teams

Why this role fits you

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketing
• A deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms and audience behaviour
• A strong sense of digital culture, storytelling and content that genuinely lands
• A hands‑on mentality and a love for working creatively, operationally and independently
• Design skills and experience with Canva, Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A working knowledge of performance marketing, creative testing and ROAS
• Experience with AI tools and AI‑supported content creation
• Excellent German and English, written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
• Agency experience and/or experience with e‑commerce brands is a bonus
