Job summary

IM ĀYLN B.V. in Utrecht is seeking a Community & Talent Manager to bring our creator network to life and turn it into opportunities.

You will engage the 450+ creators in Benelux and 80+ in DACH, organize monthly events, and actively pursue brand partnerships for in-house talents and the wider community.

This hybrid role offers room to grow, direct impact, and a fast-paced environment with short decision lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community management or related roles.
• People-focused with ability to build trust with creators.
• Commercial mindset and proactive pitching.
• Experience organizing events or strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or German creator landscape.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
• Organised and reliable with multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our creator community of 450+ creators in the Benelux and 80+ in DACH, and keep it active, engaged, and connected.
• Organise small community events every month or every other month, from creator meetups and workshops to brand moments, that strengthen the bond between our creators and IM ĀYLN.
• Actively seek commercial opportunities for our in-house talents and community creators: spot brands, pitch ideas, and open new partnerships.
• Be a trusted point of contact for our in-house talents. Support them in their growth and make sure their partnerships are a great fit.
• Match the right creators with the right campaigns, together with our campaign team.
• Scout and onboard new creators who share our vision, not just strong numbers.
• Support fee negotiations, agreements, and the follow-up of partnerships so content goes live on time and on brief.
• Keep our creator database and community overview up to date.
• Bring in ideas for new formats, community initiatives, and self-created concepts we can bring to life with our creators.

As Community & Talent Manager, you bring our community to life and turn it into opportunities. You engage our creators, organise regular events that bring them together, and actively look for brand partnerships for both our in-house talents and our wider community.

What we are looking for

• [2+] years of experience in community management, talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
• A people person: you build trust easily and genuinely care about the creators you work with.
• A commercial mindset: you see opportunities and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send the pitch.
• Experience organising events, or the energy and organisational skills to make them happen.
• Knowledge of the [Dutch and/or German] creator landscape.
• Excellent communication skills in [Dutch and English, German is a plus].
• Organised and reliable: you keep track of many relationships and conversations at once.
• Trend-aware, you know what's happening on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
• You share our values: honest, open, and you say what you think, even when you disagree.
