Hunkemöller is launching the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) Program in February 2027. You will support influencer campaigns, manage creator relationships, events and reporting while taking ownership of projects.

The role targets students in marketing/communications with a keen interest in social media and fashion. The program includes a buddy, WFH up to 2 days/week for 40-hour weeks, a monthly internship allowance, and access to staff discounts and a company laptop.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or related field.
• Completed first year of study.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in social media trends and influencer marketing.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the internship.
• Note: thesis cannot be completed as part of this internship.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify and reach out to influencers, content creators and UGC creators across key markets.
• Support execution of influencer and UGC campaigns from briefing through reporting.
• Assist with PR seeding activities.
• Coordinate campaign logistics including shipment tracking, content planning and go-live schedules.
• Create influencer and UGC briefs and support campaign concepts and activations.
• Review influencer content and support approval processes to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage campaign administration within CreatorIQ, including onboarding and tracking.
• Support influencer, ambassador and community events and activations as needed.
• Collect campaign results, analyse performance and contribute to reporting.
