Job summary

Hunkemöller invites you to join the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) program starting February 2027. You will support email marketing across Europe, briefing design, writing copy, and setting up campaigns in Bloomreach while coordinating translations and performance analysis.

You'll work 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup, with an internship allowance of 450€ gross per month, travel allowance and staff discounts, plus a buddy system and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a higher education program in marketing, communication or business.
Familiar with MS Office (Word/Excel); Bloomreach CRM experience is a plus.
Able to communicate and write in English; other European languages are a plus.
Available for 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
Creative, open, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Support the creation and setup of commercial newsletters for our European customer base.
Brief the design team and provide input on email layouts and visuals.
Assist in writing and editing copy for email campaigns.
Set up email and push notification campaigns in Bloomreach.
Coordinate translation requests for email and push notification copy.
Assist in campaign performance analysis and maintain reporting archives.
Contribute ideas for email campaigns, A/B tests and content optimization.
Conduct competitor analysis and source campaign inspiration.
Collaborate with Design, E-commerce and Loyalty teams.
