Hunkemöller is offering the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) program in Hilversum, starting February 2027. You will support ESG and sustainability initiatives, assist with audits, data analysis, and training development as part of a diverse internship cohort.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to supply chain compliance and reporting. The program includes an assigned buddy, WFH options for 40-hour weeks, a 450€ monthly gross allowance with holiday

Formación

• Enrolled in sustainability-related bachelor or master's program.
• Interest in EU sustainability, supply chains.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available for 40h/week; no thesis during internship.
• Dutch or Asian language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support in supply chain compliance audits and traceability.
• Assist ESG policy development and manuals.
• Input ESG data and generate reports.
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks (emails, documents).
• Assist in developing internal sustainability training.
• Support ongoing sustainability projects.
