Job summary

Barter in Amsterdam is seeking an Influencer Campaign Manager to lead large-scale campaigns for global brands and local partners. You’ll brief creators, manage content, and ensure high-quality, on-trend uploads that drive engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in influencer marketing or content production, strong Dutch and English, and a proactive, organized mindset. This role offers ownership, fast growth, and one day per week work-from-home.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content production or social media.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Passion for creator culture and short-form video trends.
• Go-getter mentality.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience working with influencers and managing multiple campaigns.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish using the Barter platform.
• Brief creators clearly and ensure content is creative, on-trend, and optimized for performance.
• Help optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency within the team.
• Select the right creators for each brand campaign and monitor posting deadlines.
• Provide feedback to creators and help them improve content where needed.
