JOBGETHER is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for heavy industries, including utilities and manufacturing. You will work on agentic AI, multimodal ML, and full-stack development to transform industrial operations.

You will handle real-world data from sensors, machines, and systems to drive efficiency, reliability, and informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience in AI/ML for industrial or real-world systems.
• Strong background in Python and TypeScript for backend and frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with production-oriented technologies such as FastAPI, PostgreSQL, OpenCV.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool use, state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Build agent runtimes and orchestration frameworks for specialized agents in vision quality, maintenance, and operations planning.
• Design context assembly systems using industrial ontologies and memory, including tool dispatch and tracing.
• Develop multimodal data pipelines combining video processing, CV, and structured operational data.
• Implement computer vision capabilities such as object detection and segmentation using YOLO and OpenCV.
• Process industrial sensor data including RTSP video, time-series telemetry, and PLC/OPC-UA streams.
• Develop memory systems for trace storage, playbooks, and reusable failure-pattern libraries.
• Build dashboards, alerting workflows, replanning tools, and audit trails.
• Integrate with ERP, CMMS, WMS, historians, and PLC systems; ensure data normalization.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to model serving and frontend interfaces.
• Ensure production systems meet reliability, latency, scalability, and cost objectives.
