Job summary

Organon is seeking a hands-on AI & Data professional to bring AI capabilities into daily manufacturing and quality operations. You will partner with BT - IT & Automation to deploy AI tools, analyze data, build dashboards, and support adoption across Oss site.

You will translate business needs into AI opportunities, prototype AI-enabled insights, and ensure solutions land with proper documentation and training. Collaboration and rapid experimentation are key in this regulated setting.

Qualifications

HBO or WO degree in IT, Business IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Curiosity about AI with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; clear communication in Dutch and English; fast learner.
0-2 years of relevant experience (internships count). Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or cloud/AI platforms is a plus; exposure to manufacturing or GxP-regulated environments is beneficial.
