Verisure is seeking an Indirect Buyer (Dutch Speaker) in Amsterdam to drive procurement initiatives in a fast-growing environment. You will manage tenders, coordinate ERP/P2P changes, and collaborate with Dutch and international stakeholders.

The role emphasizes supplier management, compliance, and process improvements while contributing to sustainability in sourcing. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Procurement with 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and networking skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Procurement.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing procurement initiatives in project mode.
• Strong interpersonal skills and agility.
• Rigorous and well-organised approach.
• Ability to contribute ideas and proactive recommendations.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
• Focus on internal-client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jaggaer or BravoSolution is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with stakeholder influence ability.

Responsabilités

• Manage tenders across procurement categories from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Draft/public tenders, analyse bids, negotiate with suppliers and support contracting.
• Run tenders and manage supplier qualification and selection.
• Gather specifications and conduct market/spend analyses.
• Draft contracts and negotiate with suppliers with legal coordination.
• Support ERP/P2P transformation and change management.
• Collaborate across internal clients and suppliers for various categories.
• Contribute to Group Procurement Plan and network coordination.
• Identify procurement opportunities including sustainability initiatives.
• Lead process improvements to policies and ways of working.
