Job summary

Jobster is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement for a supplier portfolio, ensuring stock availability and optimizing processes. You will collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, and Sales, while building long-term supplier relationships and driving cost savings.

The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing roles, fluent French and English, and professional Dutch proficiency, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Buyer/Purchaser or procurement roles.
• Fluent in French (C1-C2) and English; Dutch (B2-C1) proficient.
• Located near Breda.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop in procurement and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned suppliers
• Place purchase orders and monitor deliveries for on-time fulfillment
• Analyze supplier delivery performance and take corrective actions
• Monitor product aging and manage inventory health
• Coordinate advance shipping notifications with external warehouses
• Identify improvements in procurement processes to enhance efficiency
• Support cost-saving opportunities and process optimizations
