Job summary

Een restaurant in Lelystad zoekt een enthousiaste kok om deel uit te maken van hun team. Je bereid ingrediënten, past kooktechnieken toe en beheert voorraden. De functie vereist MBO 3-niveau en kennis van basis kooktechnieken. Er wordt een salaris tussen €2,500 en €3,200 per maand aangeboden, afhankelijk van ervaring. Dit is een interne functie met mogelijkheden voor training.

Qualifications

• Zoek een collega met ervaring in de horeca en basis kooktechnieken.
• Je moet in staat zijn om ingrediënten zelf voor te bereiden.
• Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadhouding en bestellingen.

Responsibilities

• Bereid ingrediënten voor de gerechten.
• Pas basis kooktechnieken toe.
• Geef input over menu-samenstelling en -wijzigingen.

Tasks

Job description and tasks:
We expect the following from our new colleague:

• That he/she prepares the ingredients for the dishes himself/herself.
• That he/she applies basic cooking techniques.
• That he/she provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card and methods.
• That he/she is responsible for stock/inventory and order management.
• That he/she supervises the assistant(s) in a professional manner.

Requirements

Your profile
We are looking for a colleague with MBO 3 level working and thinking level, and someone who has knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
