Job summary

Philips is seeking an Incentive System & Data Analyst to design, govern and improve incentive plans using analytics, modelling, data management and technology. You join the central Total Rewards team within the People Innovation & Experience function, connecting data across enterprise systems to translate complex information into actionable insights.

You will develop scalable solutions, apply AI and automation, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to optimize incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, IS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of incentive, sales compensation, rewards, finance or analytics experience.
• Strong quantitative skills with financial modelling, forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Proficient in enterprise data environments; advanced Excel and analytics platforms (Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incentive analytics and insights across performance, payout and plan effectiveness.
• Model plan economics, affordability, scenarios and forecasts for design options.
• Strengthen governance and ensure transparent, well-governed outcomes.
• Ensure trusted incentive data across enterprise platforms and data standards.
• Shape technology and data requirements; collaborate with Product Owners, HRIS, IT and Finance.
• Advance AI, automation, and digital transformation in incentive processes.
• Partner with Reward, Finance, Sales Ops, People, Digital and stakeholders.
