Job Description

As an Incentive System & Data Analyst, you enable the effective design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Philips' incentive plans through advanced analytics, modelling, data management, and technology expertise.

You will join the central Total Rewards team within the People Innovation & Experience (PIE) function, where you bring specialist knowledge at the intersection of plan design, business and individual performance, financial outcomes, and reward delivery. By connecting data from multiple enterprise systems and translating complex information into actionable insights, you support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and plan effectiveness across Philips' incentive landscape.

You contribute to the digitization and transformation of incentive processes by applying automation, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Combining deep analytical capability with a strong understanding of incentive technologies and enterprise data ecosystems, you contribute to the development of scalable solutions that strengthen incentive delivery.

Your role:

  • Deliver incentive analytics and insights: You analyze performance, attainment, payout, and plan effectiveness, translating complex data into actionable insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Model plan economics and affordability: You build and enhance financial models, scenarios, and forecasts to evaluate design alternatives, reinforce desired outcomes, and support sustainable incentive investments.
  • Strengthen governance and plan effectiveness: You assess whether incentive designs deliver their intended business objectives and support transparent, consistent, and well‑governed plan outcomes.
  • Ensure trusted incentive data: You connect and validate data across enterprise platforms, safeguard quality and integrity throughout the incentive lifecycle, and support development of data standards and controls.
  • Shape technology and integration solutions: You translate business needs into structured system and data requirements and help shape solution options in partnership with Product Owners, HRIS, Digital, IT, Finance Systems, and other technology teams
  • Advance AI, automation, and digital transformation: You identify and develop responsible AI and automation opportunities that improve forecasting, validation, administration, insight generation, and stakeholder experience.
  • Partner and influence across functions: You provide specialist guidance, make complex analytical and technical topics accessible, and collaborate with Reward, Finance, Sales Operations, People, Digital, and business stakeholders.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in incentive or sales compensation, Rewards, finance or workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative capabilities and hands‑on experience with financial modelling, forecasting, statistical analysis, scenario evaluation, and large or complex datasets.
  • Understanding of enterprise data and technology environments and are proficient in advanced Excel and analytics platforms such as Power BI; experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Workday, SAP, PMA, or comparable systems is an advantage.
  • The ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and resolve data and modelling challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, constructive challenge, and a drive to simplify and improve.
  • Preferably, experience with global incentive plans and exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
