Job summary

Insify seeks a Head of Data & Analytics to lead a small team of data engineers and analysts. You will own end-to-end data work—from ingestion and warehouse modeling to the metric layer and business reporting.

You will coordinate with Growth, finance and actuarial teams, shaping data priorities and delivering reliable numbers for audits, dashboards, and strategic insights. Hybrid work in Amsterdam is offered.

Qualifications

• Led or managed a data team with hiring, feedback and growth.
• Shaped data priorities by turning business problems into data initiatives.
• Owns end-to-end data platform design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data engineering and analytics team end-to-end: build, run in production, hire and grow.
• Run discovery with stakeholder teams to define data needs and enable platform access.
• Balance priorities across Growth, finance and actuarial, and align with partners.
• Scale the platform for new countries/products through reusable models and automation.
• Institute data contracts, CI testing, alerts, and safe change practices in the team.
• Foster a culture of healthy debate and continuous improvement.
