Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in formulation development of viral vectors and/or advanced therapies.
• Hands-on lab experience in drug product development of viral vectors.
• Understanding of process scale-up, technology transfer, and GxP.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Clear communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: LVV platforms and early/late-stage development exposure.

Responsibilities

• Formulation development and optimization of viral vectors across early and late development stages.
• Hands-on laboratory work including formulation design, optimization, and characterization.
• Analyze and interpret data to support formulation development and decision-making.
• Support formulation robustness activities.
• Contribute to scale-up and manufacturing readiness, including tech transfer to internal sites or CMOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development, Statistical, API, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Document experimental work and results in accordance with GxP and data integrity requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvement.
