Amoria Bond is seeking an In-House Recruiter to actively identify talent, start conversations and work with our leadership team in Amsterdam to bring the right people into the business.

You will manage the recruitment journey from first conversation to hire, proactively sourcing, interviewing and building pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to shape our talent strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam offering ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing or a recruitment agency is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
• Experience building talent pipelines and advising hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify talent and headhunt via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Interview and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for future growth.
• Partner with hiring managers and advise on the talent market.
• Create new ways to attract and engage candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring.
