• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Solid skills in process optimization and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
• Act as an inhouse consultant, identifying inefficiencies and defining improvement opportunities.
• Apply problem-solving methods to develop pragmatic solutions.
