Job summary

STAFFICE B.V. is seeking an Import & Customs Agent to manage the complete import process from start to finish. You will create customs clearances, organize inland transportation, and ensure seamless final delivery of shipments to clients.

Daily communication with customers, carriers, and customs officials is essential. The role follows a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00 schedule with rotating evening/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in import, customs, or freight forwarding.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
• Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end import operations from arrival to final delivery.
• Preparing, verifying, and processing customs clearance documentation.
• Scheduling and monitoring transport for shipment deliveries.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Resolving client inquiries regarding customs procedures and shipment status.
• Performing accurate administrative duties in the logistics system.
• Participating in rotating schedule for evening and weekend shifts.
