• Experience in import, freight forwarding, or customs administration.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing import shipments from end to end (A to Z).
• Preparing customs documents and handling clearances efficiently.
• Organizing customer deliveries with inland transport partners.
• Providing proactive customer service and updates to clients.
• Ensuring all shipping documentation complies with customs standards.
• Participating in rotating evening and weekend shifts.
