Job summary

STAFFICE B.V. is seeking an Import & Customs Agent to manage the complete import process from start to finish. You will create customs clearances, organize inland transportation, and ensure seamless final delivery of shipments to clients.

Daily communication with customers, carriers, and customs officials is essential. The role follows a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00 schedule with rotating evening/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in import, customs, or freight forwarding.

As an Import & Customs Agent at an American freight forwarder, you manage the complete import process from start to finish. You create customs clearances, organize inland transportation, and ensure the seamless final delivery of shipments to clients. Daily communication with customers, carriers, and customs officials is a key part of your role to keep logistics operations running smoothly. You work Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, participating in a rotating shift pattern for evening and weekend coverage.
