Staffice B.V. is seeking an Import & Customs Agent to take full ownership of import shipments from A to Z, handling customs declarations, coordinating final transport deliveries and delivering support to international clients from Rozenburg (Schiphol area).

Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with a rotating schedule for weekend and evening coverage. The role offers a direct contract, 25 days of annual leave and access to a stock plan, pension and development courses.

Qualifications

• Background in import operations or customs handling.
• Good command of English.
• Structured work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Executing full import processes including customs clearances and delivery.
• Booking transport and tracking shipments to destination.
• Communicating daily with customers and customs authorities.
• Maintaining accurate records in the operational system.
• Working rotating evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
