Job summary

1UPPLY is seeking an Impact Reporting & CSRD Specialist (temporary, freelance preferred) to guide the Impact Reporting team and help set day-to-day priorities. You will contribute hands-on to key sustainability reporting deliverables and manage relationships with external auditors.

The role focuses on transitioning from Excel-driven processes, ensuring data quality, and aligning with ESRS standards. Availability for a six-month assignment starting 1 November 2026 is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with reporting processes and CSRD regulations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to set clear priorities and navigate complex reporting topics.
• Decisive and result-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with ESRS and annual reporting would help.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution and delivery of the annual sustainability reporting.
• Review reported data and qualitative disclosures; support management of the relationship with external auditors.
• Contribute to the Neso project to ensure data requirements are implemented in source systems after go-live and can be reported through the EDW.
• Support the transition away from Excel-driven and manual reporting processes.
• Provide focused attention to T-IM from an annual reporting perspective, including timelines, data quality and escalation where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and help establish the foundation for more structural solutions.
• Develop and start execution of an Impact Reporting business plan with attention to team development, improvement of the annual reporting process, adaptation to new ESRS standards and continuous improvement across T-IM, Neso, NbS and spreadsheet usage.
