Job summary

Philips is seeking a motivated Sustainability and Compliance Intern (non-thesis) to support CSRD reporting and ESG delivery within the Non-Financial Reporting team. The role focuses on coordinating ESG deliverables for the Annual Report and improving reporting processes across Philips.

You will work with the Sustainability Reporting Officer, collect data, draft content, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or corporate reporting.
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
Organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic, international environment.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Support ESG and CSRD reporting by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Collect, organize, and check sustainability data for accurate reporting.
Contribute to Annual Report content by drafting, checking consistency, and disclosure preparation.
Collaborate with Philips teams to gather input and keep reporting activities moving.
Help improve reporting processes by maintaining trackers and documentation.
