Zusammenfassung

QuantWare seeks a senior finance professional to build the accounting and reporting foundation supporting rapid growth. You will own IFRS policies, governance and internal controls, aligning processes with scalable finance operations.

You will strengthen month-end and year-end close, enhance reporting quality and contribute to ERP and consolidation initiatives while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Big Four audit experience with RA qualification (or equivalent such as ACA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, financial control or related discipline.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen accounting governance, reporting quality and internal controls.
• Improve month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting accuracy.
• Support ERP, reporting, consolidation and finance transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with CFO, VP Finance, Finance Operations, auditors and business stakeholders across QuantWare.
• Document key accounting judgments and strengthen processes and controls.
