Job summary

QuantWare BV seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to lead IPO readiness and governance as we prepare for public listing. You will own multi-jurisdictional contracts, structure, and compliance, partnering with the CFO and executive team to scale responsibly.

You will draft complex commercial agreements, manage outside counsel, and build the functions needed for fast growth while preserving risk discipline and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house or company counsel required.
• Proven track record negotiating complex deals and governance.
• Experience with IPO readiness and regulatory disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPO and public-listing readiness programs with CFO and external advisers.
• Negotiate and draft high-value commercial agreements including IP licensing.
• Build governance, disclosures and reporting infrastructure for a listed company.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions and decide what stays in-house.
• Provide employment-law guidance as the company scales headcount.
• Develop contract playbooks and approval processes for rapid growth.
