Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking an IAM consultant to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions for clients in the Netherlands. The role requires translating business issues into technical implementations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across projects.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta and Ping Identity, plus strong communication and Dutch–English fluency.

As an IAM Consultant at Accenture, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business issues into technical implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Implementing Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity.
• Modernize Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk.
• Developing and maintaining Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta.
• Deploy Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity.
• Coordinating and brainstorming with different stakeholders to translate business issues into technical implementations.
• Provide expert advice on IAM best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.

Experience:

Experience in IAM business analysis, engineering or consultancy.

• Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM.
• Praktische ervaring met Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, Omada), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID / Okta), of Customer Identity (Okta, Ping Identity, Auth0)

The certification:

• Certificeringen in SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity.
• The certification in CyberArk.
• Certificeringen in Okta or PingIdentity.
• Certificeringen in Azure/Entra ID.

• Kennis van SABSA- of TOGAF-frameworks.
