Responsibilities

• Work safely, cleanly and orderly.
• Maintain focus on quality and food safety risks.
• Carry out tasks carefully and accurately.
• Proactively suggest improvements in safety, quality and engineering.
• Detect deviations and coordinate actions with the technician, shift coordinator and team leader.
• Perform quality checks.
• Continuously improve the production process.
• Conduct rounds and anticipate deviations.
• Monitor and control the ice cream production process.
