Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support for diagnostic solutions and assist veterinary practices across Europe. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate installations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges.

Based in Hoofddorp, this hybrid role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language is a plus.
Experience delivering technical or customer support in service environments.
Strong communication and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
Ability to coordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware/software integration.
