Job summary

Renno is hiring a frontend engineer to own homeowner and builder journeys from research to production. You will work with our product designer to propose interactions and build them, and you will grow the design system that powers the product.

You will shape multi-step payment flows and ensure clarity, correctness, and trust across English and Dutch interfaces in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong track record shipping production web apps with TypeScript and React.
• Experience building payment journeys and multi-step flows where clarity matters.
• Experience with design systems and contributing to component libraries.
• Ability to articulate interaction decisions and work closely with designers and engineers.
• Comfortable in a startup environment and collaborating across teams (English/Dutch).

Responsibilities

• Own the journeys homeowners and builders use to run a renovation on Renno, from research through to production-ready code.
• Collaborate with the product designer to propose interactions and build them.
• Develop and grow the design system that underpins the product.
• Ensure complex processes are clear and intuitive for users across devices.
