Job summary

Rentman, a Utrecht-based B2B SaaS scale-up, seeks a Senior Frontend Developer in the Customer Lifecycle Team who will lead onboarding journeys from account creation to daily usage, ensuring customers quickly derive value and rely on Rentman for event operations.

The frontend stack is an Angular-based SPA with AG-Grid and a custom design system; you will help keep the codebase modern, migrate to latest Angular versions within two weeks of release, and collaborate with sales, support, and customer

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a senior in a product-led SaaS team.
Proven experience delivering user-friendly solutions.
Experience dealing with complex business rules and data models.
Accountability for feature development and success.
Positive mindset towards using AI in the development toolchain.
Angular experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences that walk new customers through setup.
Build data migration tooling with validation and clear, row-by-row error feedback.
Make core interactions feel intuitive and modern; redesigning flows with step-by-step wizards and contextual help.
Remove obstacles between a new customer and their first successful project.
Roll out changes safely and validate impact before becoming default.
Collaborate with sales, support, and customer success to reduce friction and improve clarity.
