Job summary

Rentman is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join the Customer Lifecycle Team in Utrecht. You’ll own the onboarding journey from account creation to daily use, delivering fast, intuitive experiences and helping customers quickly rely on Rentman for their events and productions.

You’ll work with an Angular SPA and AG-Grid data views, keeping the codebase modern with regular upgrades and a focus on performance, usability, and developer efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a senior in a product-led SaaS team
• Proven ability to contribute to a user-friendly solution
• Experience handling complex business rules and data models
• Proven accountability for feature development and success
• Positive mindset towards using AI in the development toolchain

Responsibilities

• Design and build onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences for new customers
• Create data migration tooling for equipment, contacts, and projects with validation and clear feedback
• Make core interactions intuitive, e.g. step-by-step wizards for adding equipment
• Remove obstacles that hinder first successful projects for new customers
• Roll out changes safely and measure impact before making them default
• Collaborate with sales, support, and customer success to reduce friction and improve clarity
