Job summary

Empiric is seeking an experienced Security Engineer / Architect to join the team on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with roughly two days per week onsite near Utrecht, and may vary with meetings and projects.

Fluent Dutch speakers with a Dutch passport are required due to clearance levels. The candidate will work on network security architectures, IAM, PKI/HSM, Linux and container technologies, and resolve complex enterprise security challenges.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network technologies at a low level (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, TLS).
• Experience with programming/scripting (Go, Java) and security tooling.
• Knowledge of IAM, PKI and HSMs, and security architectures.
• Strong Linux and container skills.
