Job summary

Contentoo is seeking a Client Operations Manager to partner with Enterprise clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and equipping Client Success Managers with data, tools, and processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to scale workflows and support growth into senior operations or implementation roles.

You’ll design and implement effective workflows from scratch, track key timelines, and help onboard clients to drive expansion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• 3–4 years of experience in operations and project management.
• Experience designing and implementing workflows from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience in marketing, SaaS, or agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day operations running for Enterprise clients.
• Track workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Onboard new clients and support expansion using defined processes.
• Identify process issues and flag them to the Client Ops lead.
• Roll out new or improved enterprise workflows and write SOPs.
• Support teams in adopting new workflows and coordinate with Talent, Product, and CS teams.
