Job summary

Soteryan in Amsterdam (Hybrid, 3 days in office) seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to bridge strategy and operations in a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand, managing strategic priorities, client engagements, and cross-functional initiatives across sales, operations, and product/engineering.

The role combines technical and commercial work, including tender submissions, building lightweight internal tools (including AI), and coordinating remote teams across time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with consulting background.
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Technical background and ability to build internal tools including AI.
• Strong project management; able to manage multiple threads.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's right hand across strategic, operational, and day-to-day priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in sales, operations, product/engineering.
• Lead RFP submissions for CIS and international markets.
• Build and maintain lightweight internal tools and AI applications.
• Support remote, distributed teams across time zones.
• Participate in client engagements as a technical/operational counterpart.
• Own CEO calendar and board materials; manage confidentiality.
