Job summary

Action seeks a Project Manager Communications to lead internal and external communications from our international headquarters. You will drive the end-to-end production of the Annual Report and coordinate quarterly financial statements, translating complex business information into clear, accessible content for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Journalism or related field (Economics or Business Administration).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position focusing on internal and external communications within an international or retail organisation, or in a communications consulting agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of the Annual Report, including planning, content collection, review rounds, approvals and publication.
• Coordinate preparation and publication of quarterly financial statements, results and related communications.
• Translate financial and business information into clear, consistent content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate contributions from different departments and manage deadlines, reviews and approvals.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial, sustainability and company reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (design and production agencies) throughout the reporting process.
• Create and coordinate corporate content for Action’s website and other channels.
• Support other corporate communication projects and publications as needed.
