Job summary

Action, headquartered in the Netherlands, seeks a Project Manager Communications to lead internal and external reporting initiatives across Europe. You will manage end-to-end production of the Annual Report, coordinate quarterly financial communications, and translate complex data into clear content for diverse stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sustainability, HR and other teams, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables while driving process improvements and maintaining consistency

Qualifications

• Experience with annual reports and financial reporting.
• 7+ years in internal and external corporate communications.
• Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of the Annual Report from planning to publication.
• Coordinate quarterly financial statements and related communications.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, accessible content.
• Align inputs from Finance, Sustainability, HR, and other departments.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial and sustainability reporting.
• Liaise with design agencies and external partners during reporting.
• Create corporate content for Action’s website and channels.
• Improve reporting processes and manage timelines and budgets.
