Job summary

Globalprofessionals is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal communications globally. You will own and continuously improve our internal communications ecosystem, including a modernization and relaunch of the global intranet (SharePoint) and driving strategy and governance across channels such as Viva Engage and mass email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications, employee engagement, or related field.
• Proven experience leading intranet/SharePoint or digital workplace projects internationally.
• Strong channel strategy, governance, information architecture, and content management knowledge.
• Experience with internal communication platforms such as SharePoint/Viva Engage/mass email.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve internal communications strategy and governance globally.
• Own end-to-end SharePoint intranet transformation, governance, content strategy, adoption and measurement.
• Manage and optimize channels like SharePoint, Viva Engage, and mass emails, aligning them with culture and values.
• Develop cybersecurity communications and awareness initiatives in partnership with IT/Cybersecurity.
• Build capability by providing governance frameworks, training, and best practices across markets.
• Lead communication projects, coordinating stakeholders, agencies, and platform owners for measurable impact.
