Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Oegstgeest to remove regulatory barriers in product development and distribution for Label and Graphic Materials. The role sits in the Product Stewardship and Compliance team EMENA and reports to the EMENA leadership in Oegstgeest.

You will work with internal stakeholders to implement compliance systems, assess chemical risks, and support material selection for adhesives, ensuring regulatory alignment and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science) or Regulatory Education in chemical/packaging industry.
• 1–2+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles is a plus.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AI to manage data and compliance is a plus.
• Engineering or regulatory knowledge with ability to understand technical specs and regulations and communicate implications to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a consistent eye for detail.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.

• Contribute to implementing product compliance systems, policies, and programs.
• Support building the Product Stewardship database.
