Job summary

Booking Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the enterprise Treasury product suite, bridging Treasury, Finance, enterprise platforms and AI.

You will translate complex financial requirements into a clear vision and roadmap while understanding how Treasury specialists work and where improvements are needed. In this role you will help shape the future-state Enterprise Applications ecosystem around FIS Quantum and related platforms, ensuring governance for AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Product Manager role, enterprise or platform focus.
• Ability to define a clear product vision and translate into priorities and roadmap.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled capabilities and data-driven products.
• Familiarity with the Treasury tech landscape including FIS Quantum.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Understanding of regulated financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Treasury processes aligned with Booking Holdings strategies.
• Build understanding with Treasury specialists to identify needs and pain points.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities that improve outcomes and scale.
• Translate business needs into product direction with Finance, data and engineering.
• Ensure AI capabilities have proper data access, oversight, and controls.
• Shape the future product landscape, balancing flexibility and standardisation.
• Ensure the team delivers meaningful business value, not just tech.
• Use adoption, efficiency, cost reductions and quality as success metrics.
• Collaborate with Treasury stakeholders across locations.
• Establish workflows and rhythms for cross-functional collaboration.
