Qualifications

• A few years of experience in business analysis in pension or insurance domains.
• Familiarity with pension processes, data migration, and software delivery lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Experience with integration projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for pension software delivery and data migration.
• Translate business needs into specs for development teams, ensuring alignment with pension regulations and operational goals.
• Analyze pension processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support design and testing of integrations between pension platforms and external systems.
• Contribute to product configuration and functional documentation for pension solutions.
• Provide first-line delivery support and track defects, change requests, and user feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
