Job summary

Infosys in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) is seeking an EBS WMS Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management solutions. The role blends solution architecture, functional leadership, and Scrum facilitation to deliver high-quality warehouse and logistics outcomes.

This position requires strong Oracle WMS functional expertise, hands-on design and performance engineering, and the ability to lead complex programs while coordinating onsite and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Must have Oracle EBS R12 WMS functional experience.
• Experience leading Scrum/Agile delivery and onsite-offshore coordination.
• Strong client-facing leadership with CXO interactions.
• Oracle Certification mandatory; 3PL and integration experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile ceremonies across teams.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and leadership for backlog prioritization.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS WMS solutions at scale.
• Lead complex programs and manage onsite-offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with clients to drive high-quality delivery and performance.
