Job summary

DocMorris seeks a Finance Operations Employee in Heerlen, The Netherlands, joining a hybrid team with 3 office days and 2 home-office days per week. The role bridges traditional accounting with broader business operations, ensuring data integrity and smooth processes.

You will manage AP/AR data in SAP, handle invoices, payments, and assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closings. A recent MBO 4 in finance or accounting and 0–2 years’ experience are ideal, with Dutch and English fluency and

Qualifications

• Completed MBO 4 degree with a specialization in finance or accounting.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, suitable for a motivated starter.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and take ownership.
• Availability to work 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using SAP.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle bank payments and resolve exceptions proactively.
• Monitor customer master data and guide dunning and collection processes.
• Support smooth month-, quarter-, and year-end closings with the team.
