Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Execution Lead to bridge Marketing Projects across Event, Commercial, Social, and Data & Insights MCs with Microsoft stakeholders. You will coordinate briefings, advise on processes, SLAs, KPIs, and tools to ensure MC Program delivery.

You will act as the single point of contact for MS projects, create Marketing Projects in the intake tool, develop plans, track progress, and report on spend.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• 2+ years in executing marketing-related B2B events.
• 2+ years in a client-facing project and/or account management role.
• Proven project management experience including owning KPIs, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
• Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Residency in the Netherlands with legal right to work.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Set-up: support marketers to develop an integrated plan, align local and global governance, advise on processes, KPIs, tools, and target lists.
• Execution & Project Management: act as single point of contact for MS marketing projects, create Marketing Projects, coordinate execution with stakeholders and third parties, track spend and progress, resolve issues and organize cadence meetings.
• Measurement & Reporting: ensure measurement plans, provide dashboards and insights, upload leads to Marketo, review performance dashboards across campaigns.
• Subject Matter Expertise: deploy standard marketing projects, educate stakeholders on tools, attend Modern Marketing Meet-Ups, bring discipline expertise to campaigns.
