VML Enterprise Solutions in Amsterdam is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to connect local marketing execution with automated demand generation and to coordinate cross-functional campaigns across Microsoft stakeholders and third-party agencies.

You will guide projects through the MC Program, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance while maintaining strong relationships with senior clients. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with 2+ years in B2B events and client-facing roles.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Dutch and English required.
• 2+ years’ experience in executing marketing-related B2B events.
• 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing project and/or account management role.
• Solid skills in Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Currently residing in The Netherlands and holding the legal right to work in the country.

Aufgaben

• Plan and set up integrated marketing demand generation activities.
• Advise stakeholders on MC Program execution, SLA, KPIs, tools and services.
• Coordinate marketing projects with MS stakeholders and third parties.
• Create Marketing Projects & Service Requests in the intake tool.
• Deploy tracking tools to monitor progress and spend attribution.
• Support cadence meetings and document action points.
