Job summary

VML is seeking a Dutch-speaking Project Execution Lead in Amsterdam to coordinate marketing projects across MS stakeholders and MC Program disciplines. You will manage briefs, advise on processes, SLAs, KPIs, and ensure smooth delivery from intake to final delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in executing B2B events, client-facing project management, and strong MS Office skills. A hybrid work setup and international collaboration await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience (owning KPIs, tracking progress, meeting deadlines).
• 2+ years’ experience in executing marketing-related B2B events.
• 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing project and/or account management role.
• Solid skills in Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; resides in The Netherlands with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for MS marketing projects and operational activities.
• Create Marketing Projects & Service Requests in the intake tool for the Microsoft marketer.
• Develop project plans and coordinate marketing execution with all stakeholders and third parties.
• Deploy tracking tools to monitor progress and ensure spend attribution.
• Inform stakeholders on progress and resolve issues; organize cadence meetings.
• Support governance and reviews, including dashboards and KPIs.
