Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services, a global leader in marine services, seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and customer retention across the Benelux and German markets. You will manage a portfolio, develop opportunities, and lead negotiations in a complex, multinational environment.

The role is based in Rotterdam (hybrid) and reports into the Commercial Team, offering a competitive package and opportunities for regional impact.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of marine services, port agency and maritime industry.
• Proven commercial experience driving revenue and profitable growth.
• Strong business development, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiations, contracting and pricing.
• Knowledge of account management, CRM and strategic account planning.
• Experience working in a matrixed multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
